The free RepairTalkAI tool analyzes the text you paste using code running in your browser. Conversation text and generated drafts are not uploaded to RepairTalkAI or stored on our server. Refreshing or closing the page clears the working session.

Reduce identifying details

Use initials or neutral speaker labels and remove addresses, account numbers, workplace details, medical information, and other identifiers that are not needed for wording review. Do not paste a third party's private conversation without permission or a lawful reason.

Paid packs and support

If you purchase a paid pack or contact support, the payment provider and your email service process the information needed for that request. Send only the minimum necessary text. Do not send intimate images, passwords, identity documents, or unrelated sensitive files.

Paid downloads are generated locally from the current browser reflection after activation. The activation request sends only the code and product name to the license service; it does not send conversation text, report matches, draft wording, or safety notes.

Payments and technical logs

PayPal processes payment information under its own privacy terms. Our hosting provider may retain standard security and delivery logs such as IP address, browser type, requested path, and timestamps.

Questions and deletion requests

Use the support page and include the email address used for the request. We can address information in our own support records; payment-provider records remain subject to that provider's obligations and policies.
