Make the reflection specific and private.

Formatting a conversation

  1. Put each message or speaking turn on its own line.
  2. Use neutral labels such as “A:” and “B:” instead of full names.
  3. Remove addresses, workplaces, account information, and unrelated personal details.
  4. Include enough surrounding text to review a phrase in context.
  5. Use the structured fields to describe one observable event and one doable request.

A match looks wrong

Pattern matching is deliberately simple and cautious. A quoted phrase, joke, historical account, or isolated word can be misclassified. Read every match in context and ignore suggestions that do not fit.

Safety-related wording appears

The tool cannot assess danger. If you fear harm or retaliation, do not use the repair draft to plan a confrontation. Prioritize getting to a safer place and contacting local emergency services or someone you trust.

Paid pack activation

The $19 Conversation Reset Pack and $49 Guided Repair Review are generated locally from the current browser reflection after activation. The license check sends only the activation code and product name; conversation text, report matches, draft wording, and safety notes are not sent to the license service.

Prepare the free current reflection report before payment. Payment links appear only after a non-demo report includes the conversation source and permission, non-future review date, intended use, named human reviewer, context and safety limitations, and privacy and non-confrontation confirmation. The $49 option also requires a defined guided-review scope.

Response target

Support messages are normally reviewed within two business days. Email [email protected] and include the PayPal receipt ID only when an activation or download issue needs to be matched.

Do not email conversation transcripts, screenshots, names, addresses, intimate material, identity documents, account credentials, payment card details, or safety plans. A browser name, device type, activation error, and short de-identified description are normally enough.
